 Litrell Residence Renovation 
 Voorhees Coliseum This project consists of a public/private partnership to create the first movie production studio in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania with the assistance of leadership of Governor Edward G. Rendell. The 375,000 sq. ft. shipping center sits on 25 acres and will be transformed into Raleigh Studios, the largest independent studio production operator in the U.S., East Coast hub.
